Kenny Farms is seeking additional team members to help run the Fall Farm Festival.

We are looking for team members who are:

  • Available EVERY Saturday and Sunday from October 1st-October 30th.  This includes an hour before opening and an hour after closing.  It is only a month.  You must be FULLY committed!

  • Available EVERY FRIDAY from 10:00-2:00 (Can be different employees than our Weekend team members)

  • Must Be 15 years of age to apply!

  • Joyful, positive and full of energy and ready to CREATE an amazing, unforgettable guest experience!

  • Have a passion for working with children, people and animals.  Although not every position involves animals, you must be comfortable working around them.  It is a farm!

  • Not afraid to get dirty!  Not be afraid of POOP; not afraid to step in it, clean it up or get pooped on.  It can and will happen!

  • Outside people.  Must enjoy being outside and all it entails, heat, cold, bugs, wind, rain, mud, and remain positive with a giant smile while “enduring” extreme temperatures.

  • Responsible and Dependable.

  • Self-Motivated!!!!!!  This is huge!  We do not have the time to “baby sit” our employees and make sure they are doing what they are told!  We expect our team members to be exceptional, always looking for something to do or ways to make a guest’s experience even better.  We are not a fan of “sitters.” If we find you are a sitter, you will be dismissed as an employee.  You are not guaranteed a position on the farm the entire season and if we deem you are not an asset to the farm and our guests, you will be dismissed.  If you don’t want to be at the farm, and your attitude reflects that, we don’t want you at the farm either!

  • Problem solvers and flexible.  You never know what the day will hold. Must be a quick and smart thinker.

The following positions are available:
